Der Gymkhana Club Golfplatz ist einer der ältesten in der südlichen Hemisphäre und seit 1844 gibt es Golfer und Golferinnen auf seinem Gelände. Er wurde ursprünglich von der britischen Royal Navy als Serviceclub für Offiziere gegründet, die auf Mauritius dienen, und beherbergt immer noch ein Traditions-Clubhaus. Dieser Par-68-Kurs ist relativ kurz und eng, erfordert aber Präzision und eine furchtlose Einstellung. Der Gymkhana Club umfasst 18 Löcher, von denen sechs Par-3 sind, und beherbergt auch eine Nacht-Driving-Range für diejenigen, die erst später ihren Schlag verbessern möchten. Umgeben von üppiger Vegetation und mit fast 3,5 Meilen Länge ist dieser historische und einzigartige Ort ein unvergessliches Erlebnis für Golfbegeisterte.
